Many people volunteer to help out at the food pantry and/or community dinners. We don't always do a great job of keeping track of new volunteers. Would you like to help with that? We're looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to contact and keep track of people who express interest, pass their names on to those in charge of activities that might be a good match, and follow up to see what happened. All this needs to be recorded in a clear, accurate and retrievable way, preferably in a spreadsheet or database. The volunteer coordinator may also field requests from organizers needing help, and prepare blurbs describing open positions for Facebook and our website.  This is a new role for us and we're very open to feedback from the new coordinator.
