We've been providing free community dinners for a long time. Lately there have been wide swings in attendance, from as few as 13 people to as many as 55. We'd like to know what we can do to improve attendance overall. Do you have suggestions for us, or insight into why some nights attendance is so low? We'd love to hear your thoughts. This year's Turkey Trot, held Thanksgiving morning, produced over $3,000 of contributions to the Bedford Food Pantry, 20% more than last year.
